Grrr.. rumble rumble...

That's what my belly has been doing most of the day. I'm not hungry..but for breakfast I had some Fiber One cereal... maybe a little to much fiber. ick!

I'm giving myself a big ol' pat on the back right now. Other than the to much fiber feeling.. I did pretty good with eating today. And this evening after work, I cooked dinner, did some major cleaning in the kitchen, moved onto laundry, pulled some weeds around the house..you get the point.

Getting enough rest/sleep at night is important for a healthy lifestyle. I'm still working on that. I have a sit down job..I find myself making excuses to get up and walk around, which isn't a good thing when my desk is piled high with work. Today was my first day back to work from vacation and I could not sit still...which makes me behind on what I need to get done. When I had a regular working out routine, I slept pretty good at night. And with what seems like a million and one things to do around the house, I'm compromising... for now. Working out for getting things done around the house. I think it's going to be a good compromise..cause after all I accomplished today..I'm pooped.

  1. You gotta love Fiber One for letting the body know for a long time after that you consumed it. lol

    I eat 28g of Fiber 1 and 28g of Kellogg's Complete (Bran Flakes) every morning for breakfast. Lots of fiber--but I had to work up to it.

    Sounds like you have a good compromise worked out.

  2. Susie - when you get back into working out try Jillian Micheal's Shred. It's fat girl freindly. I could actually do all of the moves. Congrats on the good eating. Keep it up!!

    Do you go to a WW meeting or do you do it online?
